Oversee creative operations and package production team on Victoria’s Secret and PINK fragrance, body care, makeup and seasonal giftset development. Strategically managed head counts and temporary resources with HR, review budget allocation with VPs. Managed seasonal design presentation assortments with VP of Creative according to marketing launch calendar. Help drive packaging strategy, including new initiatives and continuous improvements. Central point person between cross-functional teams during project execution. Collaborated with design, copy, package engineer, marketing and sourcing on creative milestone. Knowledges on complex box structures, patterns and printing process. Artworks included: hangtag, insert card, bottom label, folding carton, drawer, rigid, simplex, cigar and hat box. Prepress management and onsite press check.
